The Bowen Developments JV recently acquired the site of the old Bowen preschool at 14 Sinclair St and further consolidated the site with two adjoining properties.
Planning and design is well advanced, with the immanent lodging of a Development Application to create what we believe to be the first real attempt to provide affordable housing for the influx of workers and their families to the Bowen district.
Working with Architect, Nigel Swift and our engineering consultants, we have developed an innovative modular design. Combining these concepts with the latest time saving construction methods, we expect to deliver these functional living spaces at a very competitive price.
