As long term residents of Pittwater on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, the Principles of Marina Bay are passionate about retaining the relaxed lifestyle we enjoy while enhancing the availability of real housing choice for the greater community.

Having considered the aim and objectives of the NSW State Governments Metropolitan Strategy, which focuses on the future housing needs of Sydney, the site at 8-32 Beaconsfield St Newport was identified as having the attributes to create a new community which will provide much needed diverse and affordable housing for the Northern Beaches.

The consolidation of some 13 properties to create a site of over 13,000 sqm, has proved to be a considerable challenge in itself. The site will be subject to a Re-zoning Application with Pittwater Council and the State Government, and we hope they will share our vision of a project which will reflect our core values of Design, Community & Environment.
