The Black Rock Hotel – 2A Herbert St Bowen Queensland

Through one of our joint venture arrangements, Bowen Developments Pty Ltd, have acquired this premium site in a landmark position directly opposite Bowen harbour. This project will form part of the re-birth of the entire harbour foreshore precinct. A Development Application is currently before Whitsunday Regional Council to construct 35 serviced apartments with associated boutique hotel and outdoor dining facilities.

With commencement of the recently approved Bowen International Marina and the first stage of the foreshore redevelopment due for completion by the end of 2008, the “Black Rock” looks forward to being an integral part of this significant growth region.
