The Black Rock Hotel – 2A Herbert St Bowen Queensland

Through one of our joint venture entities, Bowen Developments Pty Ltd, we acquired this premium site in a landmark position directly opposite Bowen harbour. This project will form part of the re-birth of the entire harbour foreshore precinct. Development Consent was recently granted by Whitsunday Regional Council to construct 20 serviced apartments with associated boutique hotel and outdoor dining facilities.

With commencement of the recently approved Bowen International Marina and the first stage of the foreshore redevelopment due for completion midway through 2009, the “Black Rock” looks forward to being an integral part of this significant growth region.
